Your Role and Purpose
As a Financial Advisor you’ll connect directly with clients in person, offering individualized guidance and planning while helping to strengthen the firm’s reputation. You’ll have access to some of the best resources in the industry, enabling you to focus on nurturing relationships with an existing client base. In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive investment and retirement planning solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Your integrity, expertise, and attention to detail will enable you to guide and support clients as they work toward their financial goals. You’ll play a vital role in helping the company build strong, long-term client relationships through effective personal interactions and communication.

Minimum Position Requirements

• ·At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in Financial Planning
• CFP®, CPA or CFA certification
• FINRA Series 7 license, 63/65 or 66 license.
• Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite.

The Goff Financial Group’s work model is primarily onsite with occasional remote work and some travel opportunities for client meetings and industry conferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
