Responsible for the accounting and finance functions of the corporation.  Conducts financial reporting and analysis, in order to provide recommendations to executive management and the board of directors to ensure efficient financial operations.  Directs and oversees the preparation of the annual budget and the annual report.  Advises management about insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities.  Develops and maintains fixed assets/capital assets schedules and accountability (tracking, periodic audits, determination of life expectancies, and amortization/depreciation reporting schedules).  Develops and manages internal control, policies, processes and procedures related to the financial operati
