FINANCE DIRECTOR, TEXAS RURAL WATER ASSOCIATION POSITION SUMMARY Texas Rural Water Association (TRWA) is hiring for the position of Finance Director. This position reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for all accounting and financial functions for the TRWA, the Texas Rural Water Foundation (Foundation), and Lanbat Condominium Association (Lanbat), including financial reporting, investment, cash flow, payroll, loan compliance, and budgeting activities.
