Major Duties & Responsibilities   The function consists of broad responsibilities in general accounting and capital planning, shareholder transactions to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategic goals; tax planning and reporting; credit loss modeling and reporting, and management of profitability models to provide insight that will enhance financial performance.  In addition to regular duties, this position collaborates closely with senior management on special projects that influence the bank's strategic direction.  Analyzes the Company’s capital levels in accordance with regulatory standards and provides quarterly distribution recommendations to Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
