Position Summary The Rates and Regulatory Financial Analyst 2 assists in design, forecasting, modeling, and regulatory aspects of both CoServ Gas and CoServ Electric cost of service studies, rates and tariffs. The position is responsible for understanding regulatory frameworks as promulgated by the various regulators in the state, including the Texas Railroad Commission, Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), and Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT). The Rates and Regulatory Financial Analyst 2 will support the finance and accounting departments and participate in various other projects as required and directed by CoServ’s Sr. VP & CFO, and the Director of Finance.
