Responsibilities to Include: Perform the business operations of an established Architecture firm with 60+ employees, reporting directly to the Partners. Process semi-monthly employee Payroll and administer employee benefits, including Healthcare Benefits/HSA accounts, outsourced Retirement plan, COBRA and FMLA. Oversee and review federal & multi-state Payroll tax filings and related payments. Manage monthly client invoices, including consultant invoices. Direct Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Expense Reporting, Cash, Fixed Assets, Corporate Insurances & Taxes and oversee preparation of tax returns prepared by outside accounting firm.
