BASIC FUNCTION:As a member of the management team this position is responsible for the overall financial strategy and management of Heart of Texas Electric Cooperative. This position provides high quality leadership, communication, and supervision of finance and support services personnel including planning, scheduling, performance, and implementation of a variety of work to effectively and efficiently meet HOTEC strategic goals. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business field is required. CPA preferred.+5 years of experience with accounting, finance, or related business and administrative fields a plus.Experience with Electric Cooperatives a plus.
