POSITION: Vice President, FinanceSUPERVISOR: CFO   Basic Function: This position will be responsible for the oversight of financial operations for THA and related subsidiaries and affiliates, including but not limited to accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, accounts receivable, meeting registrar, inter-company transactions, general ledger, monthly and year-end financial statement preparation and reporting, annual consolidation and any special management reports. This position is responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. This position ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions.
