Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with company procedures
Compile and analyze monthly financial reports on a timely basis, report KPI findings
Oversight of all accounting department staff and contract administrators
Manage and maintain the accuracy of financial systems, to include AR/AP, General Ledger, Job Cost, Fixed Assets, Payroll, WIP Schedules, Insurance Reserves, Cash Management, Billing & Payment Application processes
Program administration: Viewpoint, Concur Expense & Invoice, Textura, Spreadsheet Server
Review and analyze project budgets, commitments, cost, and projections to ensure financial accuracy and variance analysis
Annual Budgeting, Monthly forecasting, and analysis of project revenue, internal allocations, and overhead
Assistance in search and design of potential new systems and reporting tools
Partner with and advise project teams and Department/Regional Leads
Assist with timely trade partner prequalification while monitoring risk
Work directly with External Auditors and Tax Advisors

Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of construction accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required, CPA preferred
Highly skilled in Excel with competencies in Pivot Tables, V-look ups, and other key functions of excel
Effective communication (both oral and written), organization, and interpersonal skills
