This position supports the day-to-day operation of the office and the facility, by acting as primary receptionist, preparing and overseeing distribution of documents and providing secretarial and executive assistance.
The selected employee is required to have both personal and interpersonal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and computer skills required to fulfill duties enumerated below:
Candidate will be required to work onsite at Euless office. Successful candidate will be responsible of administrative and organizational support: • Arrangement of appointments and meetings • Administration and order of office equipment, office & tools related support (office supplies, office equipment, mobile phones, and miscellaneous support). • Administrates communication in a team/department. • Creation of memos, reports and presentation materials. • Interface with clients
Work Environment: 15-20 hours per week spent in a typical office environment with frequent sitting.
Work will involve filing, answering phone and sending emails to clients and returning emails.
Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling use of office machinery
Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices (e.g., telephone, email, etc.)
Hours and days worked each business day is negotiable and flexible. Additional hours could be available if selected candidate is agreeable.
Comfortable working with technology, and proficient in working with online electronic systems to maintain electronic records and communications with accuracy and attention to detail.
Computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, WordPerfect
Good organizational skills and practices.
Excellent and effective communication skills and ability to deal appropriately with a wide range of individuals and outside groups.
Must exercise exceptional judgment and maturity in dealing with sensitive and personal issues.
