StevenDouglas has been exclusively engaged on a search for an Internal Auditor for an exceptional company based in Austin Texas. The level of visibility for this established, high growth company is a unique aspect of this position.
Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit, this role will be supporting improvements to internal controls over financial reporting assessments and financial controls in support of the Company’s SOX readiness plan. You will have an opportunity to be on the front lines of preparing a Company for an IPO.
Candidates seeking to transition from public audit or industry audit will each be equally considered.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field.
Min. 3+ years of public accounting or internal audit experience
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment
Technical knowledge of financial accounting and US GAAP
