Looking for an individual or management company to handle the day to day management of the Professional Bondsmen of Texas (PBT), a non-profit professional association of Texas bail bondsmen/agents, including but not limited to answering phone, emails, mail, invoicing and accounting (write checks, make deposits, process credit card payments and send information to CPA for financials and tax filing). PBT exhibits at 7/8 other association conferences and manager will need to complete exhibit forms, order carpet, WiFi, and order handout items/doodads for Committee Chair (you do not attend). PBT membership is approximately 300. Meeting/event planning and attending 7/8 one-day continuing education classes across Texas, one golf tournament in Austin, 3 board meetings in conjunction with a CE classes and one 2-day convention in San Antonio. Association has active volunteers to help with all meetings and events. Computer, cell phone, printer/scanner provided. Assist committee chair with social media. Must work from home or with an association management company as association does not have a "brick and mortar" office. Current manager is retiring after the October convention and will assist in training the new manager. PBT would like to hire a replacement in early Spring or at least have him/her attend the March BBQ, golf tournament, board meeting and bail bond course in Austin for a preview of what to expect.
Meeting/event planning experience, Quick Books experience would be ideal, be able to work well with large board of directors (19) and volunteers, social media knowledge
