Summary:  The VP of Accounting will be responsible for all aspects of the fiscal responsibility and financial reporting and analysis oversight for a group of Real Estate Funds and Direct Investment Vehicles. The VP of Accounting will be responsible for all aspects of month-end close, monthly consolidations for multiple funds, financial reporting, and analysis. The VP will provide cash management for the funds, and explanations for high level variance analysis as well. The VP will prepare quarterly reporting to investors and budgeting for the funds as well and will work closely with the CFO on special projects with high visibility to and interaction with ownership and senior management.  The VP will be required to work a minimum of 60% in the office (maximum 40% remote w
