CPA firm is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our team.

Professional Qualifications

We are looking for a team-oriented professional with the ability to prepare complex individual and business tax returns, research tax issues, prepare AJE’s for clients accounting software after final tax returns are processed, work on special projects, and review work papers prepared by Tax Accountants.

As a Senior Tax Accountant, we look to you to demonstrate efficient work habits, focusing on productivity and producing work that is accurate, thorough, and well documented. You will be required to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

5+ years in paperless tax preparation and client service in the field of public accounting

Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university and CPA certification preferred.  Experience with Ultra Tax software is helpful.

Benefits

We offer a flexible off-site (remote login) schedule with a competitive contracted hourly rate depending on experience.  This position is not full-time and will vary based on peak season demands.
