POSITION SUMMARY Targa Resources Corp. is a leading provider of midstream services and is one of the largest independent midstream infrastructure companies in North America. Targa is currently seeking a Sr. Manager Financial Reporting. This leadership position is responsible for all aspects of external reporting, including preparation of SEC financial statements (Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy and XBRL filing), quarterly earnings press releases, other investor communications and standalone audited financial statements for joint venture partners.
