Position Summary: The Finance & Operations Director (the “FOD”) will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for Child Advocates’ financial affairs, business planning, and budgeting. The FOD also manages the organization’s relationship with a third party PEO and oversees payroll, benefits and human resources. The FOD will collaborate with the CEO and Development, Program, Community Outreach and Marketing teams to support the organization’s mission, operations and strategic vision.
