In your role as Cook Children’s People Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for development and analysis of Human Resource data, which will be used in providing data driven dashboard information relating to workforce management. You will also prepare a variety of reports including:
employee survey summarizations
other data measurements in support of HR functions to include Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Employee Relations, Occupational Health, and Education.
The People Analytics Specialist provides reporting expertise to increase effectiveness for all areas of Human Resources and those areas outside of HR that deal with Human Capital working toward predictive analytics
A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Human Resources, Business, or other field related to the work of the position is required.
Two or more years of experience supporting data analysis in Human Resources, Business or Science is required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Word) is required.
Must have a proven history of teamwork, professional courtesy, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Two years of experience using SQL, Crystal or other reporting tools is preferred.

Working knowledge of SQL
