The primary responsibility of the Accounting & Finance Manager is to manage the financial resources of the corporation and provide the necessary documentation to support the corporate financial records.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates with other management personnel to optimize use of financial resources and assets.
• Supervises the operations of Accounting and Inventory Control to include preparation of their annual reviews.
• Participates in management meetings to assist in planning and making recommendations on matters related to company operations.
• Preparation of monthly and annual reports as follows:

• • Schedules for Annual Audit and interface with Auditors
  • Annual Budget
  • Property tax rendition to include Freeport exemption worksheets
  • Monthly Sub Report
  • Obsolete Inventory report and review with P&IC Manager
  • Review Gross Margin Report and investigate discrepancies
  • Maintains financial records for Mensor non-profit organization, Mensor Cares.

• Cost Accounting

• • Supervise accumulation of the costs associated with the production of Mensor products.
  • Supervise revision of inventory standards.

• Tax Accounting - of federal, state, county, city, and school district authorities.
• Makes presentations and prepares reports as required for Klingenberg, and other parties requiring corporate financial information.
• Responsible for managing the cash flow of the company.
• Coordinates an annual audit by qualified accounting firm.
• Assist Mensor Employees with 401k issues..
• Maintains all necessary financial documents and reports to support audits and government requirements.
