Flexecution, Inc. is a rapidly-growing national retail service company that specializes in providing construction, installation and merchandising at retails stores throughout North America with our primary office in San Antonio.  Ownership is looking for someone eager to learn a new business and provide valuable leadership in accounting/finance area overall.

Assistant Controller- Primary function is one of reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting:

• The role creates routine and ad hoc reports as requested by management
• Perform detailed job costing analysis
• Prepare budgets and forecasts
• Perform routine/daily accounting and financial activities in organization to include recording transactions in the books/records, issue checks, invoice customers and close the books to report results of organization 
• Able to organize and sell "new" accounting processes/controls to drive the business and improve financial strength
• Ensure contractual agreements are followed and make thoughtful recommendations for contract terms and conditions
• Ensure all work performed is invoiced to customers according to contractual agreements
• Ability to learn the Flexecution processes quickly in order to understand business challenges and make recommendations to management
• This role would own relationships with banks, insurance carriers, external CPA firm, state and federal taxing authorities and would be the go-to person for analysis for cost and profitability
• The ideal person understands the business, communicates the results of operations and informs Flex management if the direction chosen will generate next income with reports, budgets and forecasts.
