About the Role: Whiteley Oliver currently generates in excess of $20mm in annual sales and is integrating several acquisitions. We expect to continue to double our growth and need a finance group that can handle tight deadlines, high-billing frequency and GAAP Accounting standards. The Controlled will lead
and grow a finance group consisting of AP/AR Clerks, Payroll Clerks and other finance associates.
Qualifications:
• CPA accredited.
• At least 5 years’ experience in operational accounting role
• Experience managing a team
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning/forecasting
• General knowledge of local, state and federal tax laws and maintaining compliance
• Ambitious and eager, seeking an opportunity to grow with our company
• Proficient in Quickbooks
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Organized, detail-oriented, problem-solving, with good leadership and communication skills
• Experience with subsidiaries and intercompany accounting is a +
